1. Equipment Description:

 

Power transformer as an important electrical equipment, its safe and reliable operation is extremely important for power systems. After the impact of short-circuit current, the transformer winding deformation test is very important. Normally, there are two methods: First, the sweep frequency response analysis method; Second, low-voltage short-circuit impedance method.

 

Frequency response method and short circuit impedance method has been a successful application experience in the transformer winding deformation test, and achieved certain results, the relevant standards have been promulgated. However, both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. The two methods are different sensitive for different types of deformation. In practical applications, some of the deformation can be found in the frequency response method but can’t be found in the low-voltage short-circuit impedance, the opposite situation also exists. But many of the deformation in the two methods can be found. So at the same time using two methods can effectively reduce incorrect judgments.

 

The tester,follow the national power industry standards DL / T911-2004 and DLT 1093-2008, and can be used for IEC60076-18-2012 and IEC60076-5-2006.

also,the tester can also be used for generator rotor AC impedance test.
